Shipping terms and conditions

Shipping cost for concert tickets is 7.80 Euro per order worldwide, this includes registered airmail shipping.

Items marked as in stock are usually shipped upon receipt of payment. Tickets will be shipped by international registered airmail and can be tracked on request. Please allow a few days for delivery, depending on destination. Please note that tickets often are still in pront when presales start and will be shipped after arrival in our warehouse. Detailed information for individual tickets can be found on the respective item's page.

In our ticket portal we have simplified the order process for greater performance. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation mail including the SEPA bank transfer codes and an order summary. Please check carefully and contact us for any questions.

As a standard payment option we offer SEPA bank transfer with internationally standardized BIC / IBAN banking codes. Within SEPA zone (EU, Switzerland, Island, Norway) this is easy and inexpensive, usually free of charge. For non-SEPA transfers, fees and transfer vary widely, please contact your bank for individual details. In any case, please do make sure no transfer fees are deducted from the total but would be paid in advance. For customers from outside SEPA zone only we provide payment by Paypal on request (additional fees apply), please write for details.
